1. Definitions

  • Withdrawal period: time during which the customer can cancel the order

These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the website.

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.

4. Offers

All offers are non-binding and may be changed at any time.
Product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Images are illustrative.

Each offer includes:

  • price (including VAT)
  • shipping costs
  • payment and delivery terms
  • withdrawal rights

5. Contract

The contract is concluded once the order is accepted and confirmed by email.
Orders are subject to product availability.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may withdraw within 14 days.

Conditions:

  • product unused and in original packaging
  • return costs paid by customer
  • opened consumable goods (e.g. coffee) are non-refundable

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the return.

7. Pricing

All prices are in EUR, including VAT, excluding shipping costs.
Prices may change but confirmed orders are not affected.

8. Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Belgium: flat rate of €5.95
  • Free shipping on orders over €100

EU Zone 1 Luxembourg, Netherlands :

  • Flat rate: €12.00 (or equivalent in local currency) 
  • Free shipping on orders over €125(or equivalent in local currency)

EU Zone 2 Austria, Denmark, France,Germany, Italy, Poland:

  • Flat rate: €17.00(or equivalent in local currency)
  • Free shipping on orders over €150(or equivalent in local currency)

EU Zone 3 Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia,Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Malta:

  • Flat rate: €31.00(or equivalent in local currency)
  • Free shipping on orders over €250(or equivalent in local currency)

If delays occur:

  • customer is informed
  • cancellation possible after 30 days

9. Payment

Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
We accept secure online payments via PayPal, Shopify Payment and Stripe.

10. Retention of Title

Products remain property of Alfio Coffee Roasters until fully paid.

11. Liability & Complaints

The merchant is not liable for misuse of products.

12. Governing Law

Belgian law applies.
Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
